The Role

A senior-level position for an experienced skin and laser therapist looking to work within a premium clinical setting. You will be delivering a broad range of advanced skin treatments alongside an experienced aesthetic doctor, with a real focus on results and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering advanced skin and laser treatments including Sciton laser, microneedling, chemical peels and energy-based device treatments
• Conducting thorough skin consultations and building personalised treatment plans for each client
• Working with leading high-end skincare brands to recommend and prescribe homecare programmes
• Maintaining the highest standards of clinical hygiene, documentation and aftercare
• Contributing to a warm, welcoming client experience from arrival through to follow-up
• Supporting front-of-house operations as required (blended role option)
• Keeping up to date with new treatments, devices and industry developments

Requirements

• CIBTAC or CIDESCO qualification (essential)
• Laser/IPL certification (essential)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in an aesthetic or medical aesthetic clinic setting - ideally more than this
• Strong knowledge of skin - conditions, ingredients, treatment protocols
• Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit medical team
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Professional, warm and detail-oriented approach
