Our client is a brand new aesthetics, wellness and longevity clinic opening in South Dublin, bringing together a team of senior and advanced practitioners under an experienced Medical Director. They're hiring an Aesthetic and Wellness Therapist to join as part of the founding team and play a real role in shaping how the clinic delivers results-driven skin rejuvenation and hair restoration from day one.

This isn't exactly a typical therapist role. You'll be working alongside an aesthetic doctor and medical team in a clinic built around advanced wellness and longevity treatments, energy-based devices, and a treatment menu that goes well beyond standard facials. The founders are genuinely open to input from the team and want to hear what brands and products you're most passionate about. If you have opinions on skincare and devices, this is a clinic that will listen.

What you'll be doing:

• Joining as a key member of the founding clinical team
• Delivering advanced skin consultations and building bespoke treatment plans for clients
• Performing a range of treatments including energy device work, advanced facials, peels, and skin rejuvenation
• Working closely with the medical team on combination treatment protocols
• Contributing your expertise on product and brand selection as the menu develops
• Building strong client relationships and retaining a loyal client base
• Helping shape the clinic's reputation as a premium destination for wellness and aesthetics in Dublin

What we're looking for:

• CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent qualification at advanced level
• Minimum 5 years experience in a medical aesthetics or advanced skin clinic setting
• Strong experience with energy-based devices (further detail discussed at interview)
• Confident in consultation and treatment planning, comfortable working in a medical-led environment
• Opinions and preferences on product and device brands you rate - the founders want to hear them
• Genuine passion for skin health, results, and continuous learning
