A brand new clinic location in Dublin 14 is now open, and they're looking for the right person to be part of it from day one.

The Role

This is a full Front of House / Clinic Coordinator position - client-facing, varied, and central to how the clinic runs day to day. This is not a basic receptionist role. The right person will be comfortable managing the full client experience, supporting the clinical team, and playing an active role in the commercial performance of the clinic through upselling and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all clients - in person, by phone and via email
• Managing bookings, scheduling and appointment coordination
• Guiding clients through treatment options
• Upselling treatments, packages and skincare products in a natural, client-led way
• CRM management - maintaining accurate client records and follow-up activity
• Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day coordination
• Upholding the highest standards of client experience at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a front of house, coordinator or client-facing role - ideally within aesthetics, beauty, wellness or a similar environment
• Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
• Comfortable with upselling and commercial conversations
• Highly organised and able to manage a busy clinic environment
• CRM or booking system experience is an advantage
• A genuine interest in aesthetics and skincare

The Package

• Salary: Depending on experience but competitive
• Commission structure on top
• Full-time hours every week
• Based in Dublin 14
