Our client is a well established and highly regarded skin and laser clinic in Galway, with a loyal client base built up over the years and a thriving online skincare shop running alongside the treatment rooms. The owner has a small core team of two full time and two part time, and she's ready to bring in a senior front of house hire to take real ownership of the desk, the operations, and the client experience. The role is Monday to Friday with no late evenings, and the owner is open and flexible on the roster for the right person.

The owner wants a Front of House Manager she can lean on, someone with the commercial head to drive retail and treatment sales, the people skills to lead the small team, and the operational instinct to keep systems, stock, and the web shop running tightly. Aesthetic clinic or premium skincare sales/management background expected, and a few years at management level.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning the full client journey from first enquiry through to repeat booking
• Leading the front of house team of two full time and one part time staff
• Driving retail and treatment sales at the desk and through proactive client follow up
• Managing the diary on Phorest, including capacity planning and therapist utilisation
• Running the online shop on Shopify, including order processing, packing, dispatch, and customer service
• Overseeing invoicing, payments, and clinic accounts admin alongside the owner and external accountant
• Building and improving systems, procedures, and standards across the clinic
• Running the social media output across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Stock control, supplier coordination, and product ordering across retail and clinical lines
• Working with the owner on KPIs, retention, and the next phase of the clinic's growth

What we're looking for:

• Front of house or clinic management experience within aesthetics, medical aesthetics, or premium spa
• Operations, retail, hospitality, or medical management backgrounds also welcome
• Proven track record managing a small team and setting the standard at the desk
• Real commercial acumen with measurable results on retail and treatment sales
• Confident across booking systems (Phorest experience a plus), Shopify, social media, and clinic admin
• Strong on systems, structure, and process improvement
• A genuine interest in skincare and the aesthetics industry
• The maturity to work closely with an owner-operator and contribute at a strategic level
