The Opportunity

Glow Up Talent is recruiting exclusively on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded aesthetic clinic in Cork City Centre. This award-winning clinic has built a strong reputation in Cork for its exceptional standards, its medical-grade skincare offering, and a genuinely client-first approach that runs through everything they do.

The owners bring serious industry experience to the table and have created a clinic environment that is busy, well-run, and - by all accounts - a great place to work. They now need the right person to take ownership of day-to-day operations and help the clinic continue to grow.

The Role

This is a hands-on management role, suited to someone who is equally comfortable leading a team as they are rolling up their sleeves on the floor. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the clinic - coordinating clients with therapists, managing the front desk function, and making sure the high standards the clinic is known for are upheld every single day.

The team is a mix of medical and non-medical professionals, so an ability to communicate and coordinate across both is important.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently and to the clinic's standards
• Managing client flow and coordinating bookings between clients and the therapy team
• Leading and supporting front of house staff and contributing to a positive team culture
• Acting as the face of the clinic - warm, professional and knowledgeable at every client interaction
• Driving retail sales of the clinic's medical-grade skincare range
• Managing stock, supplier communications and day-to-day admin
• Supporting the owners with reporting, performance and ongoing clinic development

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic setting - whether in management, clinic coordination or a senior FOH role ready to step up
• A solid understanding of how a busy aesthetic clinic operates, from the front desk to the treatment room
• Strong people management skills and the confidence to lead a mixed team
• Commercially minded, with experience selling skincare or treatments
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
• Someone who genuinely takes pride in delivering a high-end client experience
• Willingness to work every second Saturday ideally however not set in stone for the right candidate
