Clinic Receptionist

About the Role

We’re recruiting for a well-established - busy aesthetic clinic in Dublin 4. This is a dual-focus role in a vibrant setting where clinical excellence meets a curated retail experience.

The clinic offers a full suite of doctor-led and aesthetician-led treatments - and features a dedicated skincare retail area. We need a receptionist who can bridge both worlds - managing the front desk with precision and engaging with clients in the retail space with warmth and knowledge.

This is a front-and-centre role for someone who enjoys variety - people - and a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact - managing all incoming calls - bookings - and enquiries with energy and accuracy

• Welcome patients and clients - ensuring their journey from arrival to departure is seamless and professional

• Manage the clinic diary - coordinate appointments - and handle payments

• Oversee the skincare retail area - providing informed product advice - processing sales - and maintaining stock

• Support the clinical team with administrative tasks - maintaining a smooth - organised front of house

• Embrace the occasional Saturday shift (with a weekday off in return) to support clinic operations

Who You Are

• An experienced receptionist - preferably from a clinic - premium salon - or high-end retail environment

• A natural people-person - with a warm - professional demeanour and excellent communication skills

• Someone with an interest in skincare - aesthetics - or retail - who enjoys advising and connecting with clients

• Organised - tech-savvy - and able to multitask in a busy setting

• Proactive - reliable - and happy to be the welcoming face of a respected clinic
