The Opportunity

Glow Up Talent is recruiting on behalf of one of Dublin's most prestigious aesthetic clinics, located in Dublin 4. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-end, results-driven clinic that has built an exceptional reputation for advanced aesthetic treatments and an uncompromising standard of client care.

They are looking for a Clinic Coordinator who brings warmth, professionalism and genuine passion for the industry - someone who understands that the front desk is the heartbeat of a premium clinic.

The Role

As Clinic Coordinator, you will be the first and last impression every client takes away. You will manage the day-to-day running of the front desk, handle bookings and client communications, and play a key role in driving retail and treatment sales across the clinic.

This is not a purely administrative role. The right person will be commercially minded, confident in recommending treatments, and knowledgeable enough about skincare to have real, credible conversations with clients about their skin. We are looking for someone experienced in the aesthetics industry and is looking to step up into a clinic that is adored and highly respected. And the successful candidate will be very well looked after as part of the team here.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing front desk operations, diary scheduling and client communications
• Welcoming clients and delivering an exceptional, personalised experience at every touchpoint
• Actively promoting the clinic's skincare range - advising, recommending and converting
• Upselling and cross-selling treatments confidently and naturally as part of every client interaction
• Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day clinic coordination
• Maintaining the premium look, feel and atmosphere of the clinic at all times
• Handling retail transactions, product stock management and reporting

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, premium beauty or skincare environment - this is essential
• Strong knowledge of skincare - you know your ingredients, your brands, your protocols
• A natural ability to sell without it ever feeling like selling
• Warm, polished and genuinely people-focused
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Someone who takes pride in the environment they work in and the experience they deliver
