About the Opportunity

Our client is an award-winning aesthetic clinic based in South Dublin with a reputation built on excellence and results. Having recently appointed a new senior leader, the clinic is entering an exciting phase of growth and is now looking to expand its medical team by hiring a second Aesthetic Doctor.

The clinic currently offers a full suite of injectable treatments alongside advanced energy-based treatments, including Sciton and other well-known platforms. With a strong and loyal client base, a dedicated clinic receptionist, an excellent skin therapist, and an established doctor already in place, this is a well-structured, high-performing team thatis growing to meet demand.

The Role

Due to increasing demand, the clinic needs a second doctor to join the team on a part-time basis - 3 to 4 days per week. You will work closely with the existing doctor and senior leadership to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to the continued growth of the clinic.

Your focus will include:

·      Injectable treatments -anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and skin boosters

·      Energy-based device treatments (Sciton and other platforms)

·      Creating bespoke, multi-modal treatment plans with a long-term vision for each patient

·      Collaborating with the skin therapist to deliver comprehensive treatment pathways

·      Contributing to the growth and development of the clinic's medical offering

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Aesthetic Doctor who wants more than just a chair to work from - someone who is excited about being part of a team and building something meaningful.

Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of post-qualification experience in aesthetic medicine, with strongcompetence in injectable treatments. Experience with energy-based devices such as Sciton is advantageous but not essential - training and support will be provided.

Qualifications: Full registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC) and a valid prescribinglicence. Postgraduate qualifications in aesthetic medicine are highly desirable.

Approach: A fan of multi-modal treatment planning who thinks long-term about patient outcomes rather than one-off appointments. You should have a keen aesthetic eye and excellent clinical judgement.

Mindset: A collaborativeteam player who is eager to grow and develop within a supportive environment.Someone who values strong leadership and wants to be led by people whounderstand the industry.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to consult, educate, and reassurepatients throughout their treatment journey.
